The sports complex "V. Mumjiev" will be built in the municipality of Comrat. In order to facilitate the realization of the project, the Parliament has approved the project's exemption from some taxes.
The sports complex in Comrat will have a five thousand seats capacity stadium and a sports hall with 150 seats and locker rooms. Its construction is funded by the Republic of Turkey.
The Parliament approved the exemption from customs duty, from the tax for carrying out customs procedures and from VAT without the right to deduct the goods and services imported or delivered for the construction of the sports complex.
