The management personnel and the specialists with scientific titles of doctor of sciences and doctor habilitat, who conduct technical-scientific activities according to their speciality in financially autonomous units, shall benefit from wage increases in addition to the basic salary in the amounts stipulated by the internal Regulation of the unit or by the collective/individual work contract. According to the amendments to a previous decision approved by the Government, the amount of the respective wage increases cannot be lower than that established in the budgetary sector, IPN reports.

The informative note to the draft specifies that the government shall not interfere with the choice of remuneration method in the financially autonomous units. But in order to ensure fairness, the amount of wage increases for the mentioned categories of employees cannot be lower than the one granted in the budgetary sector.
