The persons who want to hunt in the border area must posses a special permit allowing access to the area, besides the firearm permit and the hunting permit, the Border Police has said, quoted by IPN.

Given that the hunting season for wild boars is underway and will last until December 31, the Border Police has formulated recommendations in a move to avoid the cases of violation of the border area regime. Thus, those who want to hunt in the border area must submit an application for this permit.

Under the legislation, hunting along the state border, 500 meters from the border line inward, is banned. Up to this boundary, hunting is allowed only during daytime and after informing the Border Police beforehand, by obeying the rules and restrictions stipulated by the legislation.
