The border crossing point Soroca-Tsekinovka was closed on a temporary basis. The Border Police said the ferryboat on May 26 stopped work for an indefinite period of time owing to technical glitches, IPN reports.

The travellers who planned to cross the border through the given frontier post are urged to use the services of other border crossing points situated nearby, namely Cosăuți-Iampoli (ferryboat) and Otaci-Moghileov-Podolsk (road).

The Border Police remind the state border is crossed in accordance with the restrictions determined by the pandemic.
