A Call Center with the phone number (+373) 22 880101 for the parliamentary elections and the national consultative referendum of February 24, 2019 was launched on January 2, IPN reports.
According to the Central Election Commission, the Center will be active until February 26 and its functionality will be coordinated by the Center for Continuous Electoral Training in partnership with the CEC.
The voters could ask for information about the particularities of nominating and registering candidates for MP, the polling places where they can cast their ballots, single-member constituencies, voting procedure and others.
The Call Center’s operators will offer the persons in charge of the management of electoral registers from local public authorities and members of the inferior electoral bodies assistance in uniformly applying the procedures for managing the State Register of Voters.
The Call Center will have 30 operators and will work from Monday through Friday between 8am and 5pm. During February 23-25, 2019 it will work round-the-clock.
The Center can be called from any landline or mobile phone from any locality of Moldova or from abroad. A call is charged an ordinary tariff.
