The candidate for mayor of Chisinau of the Party “Platform Dignity and Truth” (PPPDA) Andrei Nastase said he is the target of media attacks. In a meeting with citizens, Nastase said the wide manipulation campaign is orchestrated by the Plahotniuc-Dodon duo. The candidate for Chisinau mayoralty of the Party of Socialists Ion Ceban appeared at an event organized by Andrei Nastase because this does not come to the debates he stages near the Triumphal Arch, IPN reports.

Andrei Nastase said Ion Ceban is the candidate of the oligarchic duo Plahotniuc-Dodon that disguised itself as a lamb now. He called on the people to vote for a change on June 3 so that those to blame for the committed illegalities could be held accountable.

When the Socialist candidate appeared, a part of the citizens attending the meeting left, arguing they came to meet with Andrei Nastase, not with Ion Ceban.

Later, Ion Ceban told the journalists he went to the meeting to ask Andrei Nastase if he would take part in debates next week.
