The persons with locomotor disabilities on October 30 will be able to go to the polling place free by a social taxi. The service was instituted on the initiative of a number of public associations, IPN reports.

A vehicle with the capacity of seven-eight places will be provided for the purpose. To benefit from this service, the persons with disabilities must call between 9am and 5pm on 022-661-393 or 067300450 at least one hour before the planned trip.

The service is available only within the municipality of Chisinau. The car is outfitted with elevator for transporting persons with locomotor disabilities.

The social taxi was initiated by the Alliance “Infonet” in partnership with the Association “Motivatie”, the Association of the Deaf of Moldova and the Medical-Social Rehabilitation Center for Persons with Poor Sight “Low Vision”.
