The revenues accumulated in the state social insurance budget in the first six months of this year came to 14.478,7 billion lei, which is 54.8% of the annual plan, shows the report on the execution of the state social insurance budget that was presented by the National House of Social Insurance, IPN reports.
The mandatory state social insurance contributions came to 7.745,1 billion lei, which is 51.4% of the agreed annual sum, up 14.6% compared with the corresponding period last year.
Other incomes added up to 135.3 million lei, with 132.9 million lei of this sum representing the one-time tax levied from residents of IT parks.
The transfers from the state budget totaled 6.598,3 billion lei, in accordance with the financing applications. Of this sum, 4.168,3 billion lei was intended for paying social welfare and making other payments that are financed with state-budget funds.
The expenditure of the state social insurance budget in the period came to 13.647,9 billion lei, which is 51.7% of the annual plan, up 15% compared with the corresponding period last year.
On July 1, 2021 the National House of Social Insurance had a balance of 831.2 million lei.
