Social-Democrat councilors Emil Gutu, Vasile Parasca and Adela Boicu Friday announced they decided to join the faction of the Liberal Democratic Party in the Chisinau Municipal Council. Therefore, the Social-Democratic faction disbanded, while the PLDM's faction enlarged and contains now six members, Info-Prim Neo reports. Emil Gutu said they made such a decision in order to fulfill the promises they made during the election campaign. He called on other councilors to join the Liberal-Democrats and work to have a prosperous Chisinau. The Chisinau Council now includes four factions, of the PLDM, PL, PCRM and AMN, and a number of unaffiliated councilors.
