The Broadcasting Coordination Council recommends the TV channels of Moldova to broadcast free four social advertisements to inform the public about the polling places established on the country’s territory for the parliamentary elections of Romania and the documents needed by Moldovans who also possess Romanian nationality to vote. Such a request was made to the Council by the Embassy of Romania in Chisinau, IPN reports.
Dorina Curnic, head of the Council’s Licensing, Authorization and Monitoring Division, said the four advertisements are to be broadcast on December 11. Each of these lasts for about 30 seconds.
The decision was supported unanimously by the eight Council members who attended the December 5 meeting.
