Sergiu Coropceanu, secretary general of the Moldovan Social Democratic Party, is on a visit to the United States until September 8, during which he will meet with a number of U.S. officials to discuss political, economic and social relations.

The Party said in a press release that Sergiu Coropceanu intends to discuss in particular about “American models of how relations work between national, regional and local authorities”.

Another subject of interest during discussions will be the support offered by the U.S. authorities to the Moldovan community in the United States and their inclusion.
