Voters in the village of Nemteni, Hincesti, will go to the polls on May 20 to elect a new mayor, as decided today by the Central Election Commission.
Earlier the local council formally accepted the resignation of the former mayor Gheorghe Filipschi, who cited health reasons.
As decided earlier by CEC, snap mayoral elections will be also conducted in Leuseni (Hincesti), in Volovita (Soroca) and in Jora de Mijloc (Orhei).
