After working more than a year on its new album, the Snails band has finally launched the collection entitled “Nu-mi pasa!” (“I Don’t Care!”), featuring 10 fresh tracks. For the most of the tracks, all the instruments have been recorded simultaneously, so as to avoid as much as possible post-recording overdubbing and make the songs sound more dynamic an honest. Our intention was to give this album a high-quality British rock sounding. It’s the music that we love to play and that represents us very much, the band’s lead Lilian Severin said. According to him, Snails is trying in the new album to make fun of the problems that some people invent for themselves. We are not ridiculing the real troubles of life, we just want to show that people sometimes sink into depression without having any real reason for that, Severin said. Snails has started filming a new video for the song “Superbasuri”, which will be shown to the public in February. The launch concert for “Nu-mi pasă!” is scheduled for Friday, December 14. In 2005 Snails released the album “Undeva”.
