According to realty expert Petr Oleinicov, the price of an are of land for private construction in the Valea Morilor Park area is 20-30 thousand euros. That area is the most prestigious in Chisinau.
In other areas of Chisinau, the prices of an are vary from 5 to 12 thousand euros.
