President Igor Dodon said the situation in the agricultural sector has improved and he is confident that the export of grains will be possible. He reached such a conclusion after the visits he paid last week, IPN reports.

“Last week I visited four districts. I will visit several more districts this week. I want to assure you that the Republic of Moldova’s food security will be ensured. Most probably, there will be grain exports too this year,” stated President Dodon.

He noted that a number of decisions in support of agriculture and agricultural producers will be taken in the nearest future.
