According to updated information from the Border Police, all the crossing checkpoints at the border with Romania are working normally, except for the one at Giurgiulesti-Galati, which is now restricted only to heavy vehicles, IPN reports.

At the border with Ukraine, 9 crossings have been temporarily closed. More exactly, 4 remain closed from yesterday, and 5 other were closed overnight after deep snow built up and blocked portions of roads in Ukraine.

Passage is closed through the following border crossings: Palanca – Maiaki Udobnoe, Tudora – Starokazacie, Ceadir-Lunga – Novie Troiani, Mirnoe – Tabaki, Vulcanesti – Vinogradovka, Saiti – Lesnoe, Ceadir-Lunga – Maloiaroslavets 1, Cismichioi – Dolinskoe, and Giurgiulesti – Reni.
