The female officers of the Security and Information Service (SIS) will receive a monthly childcare allowance equal to the allowance for medically insured persons - of 30% of the calculation base, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting the regulations approved by the Government. According to the SIS data, nine female employees of the Security and Information Service are now on maternity leave. They receive an allowance of 300 lei a month, as the medically uninsured persons. The average monthly salary of the given employees is 4,373 lei. Thus, the child benefit for them will now be 1,312 lei. The regulations lay down general norms for remunerating the security and information officers, regardless of gender, and the method of determining the work period for providing seniority bonus.
