The Security and Intelligence Service (SIS) has blocked seven web pages because they are considered to pose risks to national security given that a series of falsehoods were distributed through them, IPN reports.

According to the document issued by the SIS, the following web pages are blocked:

nuacum.eu
ng.ru
ria.ru
gazetacrimea.ru
crimea.gov.ru
crimea.ria.ru
crimea24tv.ru.

In August, the Security and Intelligence Service notified a number of providers of electronic communications services of the blocking of their users’ access to web resources of the Russian Federation’s financial-banking institution Promsvyazbank, which was put on international sanctions list by the EU Council’s decision of June 3, 2022. The SIS specified that it identified risks that pose special danger to state security and seriously and irremediably affect the national objectives on the financial and banking markets of the Republic of Moldova.
