Shor’s signature on draft decision falsified. Legal action not taken

The signature of Ilan Shor on the draft Parliament decision concerning the creation of the commission of inquiry into the investigation of all the circumstances of the forced takeover and subversive actions on the nonbank financial market by citizen Veaceslav Platon was falsified. MP Dumitru Alaiba said he was informed about this by the Anticorruption Prosecutor’s Office following an inquiry made by him, IPN reports.

The MP said Ilan Shor’s signatures on the draft decision and on the informative note “were put not by citizen Ilan Shor, but by another person by servile imitation, being thus falsified. But the
Anticorruption Prosecutor’s Office decided not to take legal action in this case because, even if formally this case contains the signs of the offense stipulated in Article 332 of the Penal Code, it does not do any damage, being insignificant.”

Dumitru Alaiba said he will demand that Prosecutor General Alexandr Stoianoglo should annul the ordinance not to take legal action and that criminal proceedings should be instituted in this case.
