Sheriff Tiraspol this evening plays the third match of the groups of the UEFA Europa League. The team trained by Roberto Bordin plays host to Lokomotiv Moscow, which leads in Group F, IPN reports.

“It is an important match for us, especially because we play at home. We will meet a worthy opponent, Lokomotiv Moscow, which ranks second in the championship of Russia. We will make effort to surprise them,” Sheriff coach Roberto Bordin told a news conference.

Sheriff has two points after two played matches: 0-0 with Zlin and 0-0 with Copenhagen. The encounter between Sheriff and Lokomotiv starts at 10:05pm on October 19. The team from Tiraspol competes in the UEFA Europa League groups the fourth time.
