The Public Property Agency has announced a new round of outcry actions for privatizing state-owned public property. These will take place on the regulated market through the Moldova Stock Exchange during July 12-23, 2021, IPN reports, quoting the Agency.

Among the shareholdings that will be put up for sale are those in “Metalferos”, Chisinau Hotel, “Alimentarmaș”, the Scientific Research Institute “Rif-Acvaaparat”, which are under insolvency, and also in 14 joint stock companies, ten of which are road maintenance companies, namely “Drumuri-Cimișlia”; “Drumuri-Căușeni”; “Drumuri-Orhei”; “Drumuri-Soroca”; “Drumuri-Criuleni”; “Drumuri-Rîșcani;  “Drumuri-Cahul”;  “Drumuri-Ialoveni”; “Drumuri-Strășeni”; “Drumuri-Edineț.

Also, an outcry auction to sell 21 publicly-owned facilities and a decreasing-price auction to sell three publicly-owned facilities will be held on June 30, 2021, starting at 10am. Bids can be submitted by June 29, 2021, 3pm.
