Seven young men were sentenced to five and six years in prison for sexually abusing a child, IPN has learned from the Prosecutor General’s Office.

It happened in a settlement in central Moldova in 2009-2010. The child, who was then six, was lured by the culprits by different ways and subject to violent actions of sexual character. The victim told his uncle what happened only in July 2011. The police was immediately informed about the case.

The young men were under age when they committed the abuses.
