A number of services provided by the Public Services Agency will cost less as from November 1, 2021. Under a Government Decision approved on October 6, 2021, the registration of a marriage that now costs 260 lei will be free of charge, as will be the declaring of the loss of the identity card that now costs 50 lei, IPN reports.
The tariffs of 21 public services will be lower. The registration of a divorce will cost 210 lei, down from 300 lei at the moment, the modification of the name or surname – 230 lei, down from 290 lei, the modification or correction of a civil status document – 50 lei, down from 140 lei.
The registration of a lot of land will cost 240 lei, as opposed to 320 lei at present, while the registration of a lot for construction or for a residential purpose - 280 lei, as against 340 lei earlier.
Public Services Agency director Mircea Eșanu said the institution will soon bring new good news for the citizens, including as regards the removal of bureaucratic barriers in the process of accessing services and simplification of access to the Agency’s services for citizens who are outside the country on a temporary or permanent basis.
