“I have never discussed with judge Nicolae Roșca since he took up his duties at the CC,” PAS MP Sergiu Litvinenco said after Socialist MP Vasile Bolea said there are signals that Litvinenco the past year had regular meetings with constitutional judge Nicolae Roșca in which the two discussed the Constitutional Court’s agenda, IPN reports.
“I accidentally met with Mister Roșca, as I did with many other persons, during the inauguration of the President of the Republic of Moldova Maia Sandu, and during two funerals, of Mister Cataranciuc and of Mister Cotorobai. I respect the independence of the judges of the Constitutional Court and the decisions of this institution. Namely the independence of the Constitutional Court represents its power in front of the usurpers. Vasile Bolea cannot comprehend this thing,” Sergiu Litvinenco posted on Facebook.
The PAS MP also said that he will sue Vasile Bolea for slander.
Vasile Bolea stated today that he will file applications to the Prosecutor’s Office, the Security and Intelligence Service and the Ministry of Home Affairs and will ask these to investigate the presupposed meetings of Sergiu Litvinenco and CC judge Nicolae Roșca.
