Senator Viorel Badea's office in Chisinau will be opened March 15
A parliamentary office of the Romanian senator Viorel Badea will be opened in Chisinau on March 15. The preparations are close to an end, Viorel Badea told Info-Prim Neo, adding he will be in Chisinau on the opening day.
The office will work for two hours a day, three days a week. “We will probably start work at 10.00 so that the people coming from further places could get in time,” the Senator said, adding he will come to Chisinau once in four-five weeks to have meetings with the citizens.
Viorel Badea, who is the vice chairman of the Romanian Senate's foreign policy commission, said two more district parliamentary offices will be later opened in Cahul and Balti.
When he announced his intention to open the offices in Moldova, Badea said their aim was to bring the Romanian citizens and the Moldovans who do not have Romanian nationality closer to the Romanian institutions.
The office is located at 29 Sfatul Tarii St.
