Searches have been conducted at the heat and power supplier Termoelectrica SA in a criminal case started over abuse of office. The information was confirmed for IPN by the spokeswoman for the Prosecutor General’s Office Mariana Cherpec.
This way, at least 13 searches were carried out at the company on Tuesday morning. It is presumed that employees of Termoelectrica rigged tender contests.
Mariana Cherpec noted more details will be provided when the planned investigation measures are completed.
