The National High School Debate League, in cooperation with ASSIST (U.S.) and HMC (UK), launched the student exchange program for the 2017-2018 academic year. The program enables to obtain scholarships to study at private schools in the U.S. and the UK for a year, IPN reports.

According to the Ministry of Education of Moldova, the program is intended for tenth graders who know English well and had an average grade of over 8.5 when they finished the ninth grade.

The deadline for applications is November 13, 2016.
