The presidential press service made public the schedule of President Nicolae Timofti’s consultations with the parliamentary groups that are held with the aim of agreeing a candidate for Prime Minister, IPN reports.

The consultations start at 11am, when the Liberal Democratic Party is expected to come to the State Residence. At 11:30am, the consultations will continue with the Liberal Party, while at 12 noon – with the Democratic Party and representatives of the 14 former Communist MPs who are now unaffiliated (Reshetnikov group). At 1:15pm, Nicolae Timofti meets with the group of MPs headed by Iurie Leanca.

The Party of Communists and the Party of Socialists will also be invited to consultations.
