The troupe of the theater “Satiricus I. L. Caragiale” will be touring Europe with a play titled “Made in Moldova”, based on a story by playwright Constantin Cheianu. Italy will be the first country were the theater will perform. On June 26 a performance will be given in Venice, followed by a performance in Rome on June 29. “The Bessarabian actors are long awaited by our compatriots who are working there. Most of them haven't seen a play in the native language in years, so the meeting with the audience in 'The Boot' promises to be full of surprises and genuine emotions”, the theater said. At the end of July Satiricus will perform in four Portuguese towns with the same play. The last performance will be given in Portugal's capital, Lisbon. During the same tour, the play will be performed in Bruxelles, Belgium (August 28), and in Shakespeare's motherland, in London (August 30).
