Ciumac has specified however that these results do not mean there are no breaches. According to the Division's head, Tatiana Nagnibeda-Tverdohleb, there is no money to hire doctors, especially because of the world crisis. The daily meals for a child in normal kindergartens cost 13.5 lei, of which 9 lei are allocated by the state and 4.5 lei by parents. The meals in special kindergartens cost 19.2 lei. 1,288 children have been spared from paying for meals this year. From the beginning of the year, over 370,000 lei were allotted to buy medicines and detergents for kindergartens.
