Route changes for renovated train
The train renovated in Romania will run only on odd days, on the route Chisinau-Ocnita, and not from Bender, as previously announced. A press release of the Moldovan Railway Company (CFM) informs that the pass through the Bulboaca post hasn’t been coordinated with the Customs Service and the Border Guards, Info-Prim Neo reports.
On even days, passengers can take another train on the route Chisinau-Ocnita. The ticket prices for this train will remain the same
The modernized train will stop only in district capitals. For passengers from the north of the country, this train links to train no.105-106 on route Chisinau-Bucuresti-Chisinau. According to the new timetable, the Chisinau-Ocnita train will start at 9:15 AM and will arrive in Ocnita at 2:30 PM. At 3:08 PM, the train will head back from Ocnita to Chisinau, where it will arrive at 8:21 PM.
The CFM board had previously announced that the train would run from Monday, July 23, from Bender to Chisinau and then to Ocnita.
