Romania’s Prime Minister to visit Chisinau Friday

The Prime Minister of Romania Marcel Ciolacu will pay a visit to the Republic of Moldova on Friday, October 4. In Chisinau, the Romanian official is scheduled to meet with Prime Minister Dorin Recean, President Maia Sandu, and Parliament Speaker Igor Grosu, IPN reports.

The Government said that Prime Minister Recean will welcome his Romanian counterpart with military honors at the Government House. A bilateral meeting will be heled, followed by a broader meeting of the delegations. After that, Dorin Recean and Marcel Ciolacu will make statements for the press.

After the conference, the officials will take part in the handover of a donation of school minibuses made by the Government of Romania, in front of the Government House.

The official delegation led by Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu will include Deputy Prime Minister Marian Neacsu, Minister of Economy, Entrepreneurship and Tourism Ștefan-Radu Oprea, Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Florin Barbu.
