The Romanian Universities’ Fair is held in Chisinau during July 2-5. The event is at its tenth edition and is aimed at informing secondary school and lyceum graduates in the Republic of Moldova about admission to pre-university and higher education institutions in Romania in 2021, IPN reports.
On July 2-3, the young people interested in continuing their studies in Romania can go to the Classical Writers Alley in central Chisinau between 9am and 4pm.
On July 4, the fair will be hosted by “Mihai Eminescu” Theoretical Lyceum” in Bălți municipality between 9am and 4pm, while on July 5 – by “B.P. Hașdeu” University in Cahul town between 10am and 3pm.
The fair is organized by the Federation of Young Romanians Everywhere. The visitors will be able to inform themselves about admission to pre-university and higher education institutions in Romania, to find out the necessary information about the admission period, places allocated at all the universities in Romania and the necessary documents, criteria for selecting candidates and useful information.
The Federation’s president Cristin Murafa said Romania annually offers about 4,000 scholarships for Moldovan students and a lot of concessions, such as free accommodation for young people on budget-funded places, temporary employment and access to cultural and education programs, like Erasmus and Work and Travel.
