Romanian Language Day to be celebrated with music and poetry show on Chisinau’s pedestrian street

A music and poetry show will be held to celebrate the Romanian Language Day on August 31. The event will take place on Chisinau’s Eugen Doga pedestrian street and will feature the Cristofor Aldea Teodorovici Orchestra, Nicolae Jelescu, Cătălin Josan, Natalia Barbu, Geta Burlacu, Cristina Scarlat and Brio Sonores.

The show will start at 18:00.

The Chisinau Mayor’s Office says that the show “will combine acapella moments, poetry recitals and soulful musical interpretations, in an atmosphere full of emotion, joy and authenticity”.
