The Avdarma Parachuting Cuop was won by the athletes from Romania. The teams of Hungary and Moldova ranked second and third. The competition held in Avdarma village of ATU Gagauzia also involved athletes from Bulgaria and Poland, IPN reports.

In the individual event, Alexandru Nicolau and Gabriela Balacau from Romania showed the best results. Sergey Zinchenko, who is the president of the Moldovan Parachuting Federation, had the best performance among the Moldovans. Among veterans, Oazu Nantoi was outstripped only by Hungary’s Esedi Andras.

The tournament involved 34 athletes, including six women.
