Romanesti SA gets Top Prize in Winemaking 2011
The private wine company Romanesti SA was designated the winner of the Top Prize in Winemaking 2011 by a Government Decision, Info-Prim Neo reports.
Founded in Julie1997, the company owns two wine factories and vineyards on an area of 168 hectares. In 2010-2011, the enterprise made investments of 7 million lei. Its net sales last year totaled 138 million lei, while the exports over US$10 million. The company exports mainly bottled wine to the CIS countries.
Minister of Agriculture and Food Industry Vasile Bumacov said the company does not have debts to the budget, while the payments made by it to the budget added up to 5.2 million lei. Romanesti SA employs 334 persons.
