Roman Cojuhari is giving up his membership on the Chisinau City Council along with the position of PAS group leader in the Council in favor of the post of the Public Property Agency director.
In a statement issued by PAS, Cojuhari is praised for his work in the Council, in particular his contribution to the amendment of the rules for renting out City Hall property.
“I was honored to work together with a team of professional municipal councilors, dedicated to the public service. The PAS team in the Chisinau City Council works every day to implement our visions for the development of the city and improve the wellbeing of the residents and guests of the capital”, declared Roman Cojuhari.
Cojuhari was appointed to the Public Property Agency in May. Prior to this he served as acting director of the national postal service Poșta Moldovei.
PAS has five members in the Chisinau Council.
