Patrolling inspectors, in concert with employees of the road maintenance company “Exdrupo”, dismantled a number of road signs, anti-parking and other devices that were set up illegally in Centru and Buiucani districts of Chisinau, IPN reports.

A number of 19 traffic signs, two anti-parking devices and installations and a billboard placed illegally have been taken away overall.

Starting with July, 138 unauthorized road signs, 171 anti-parking devices and installations and three billboards have been removed as a result of inspections at almost 100 addresses in Chisinau.

The National Patrolling Inspectorate said similar raised and inspections will be carried out regularly in the future.

These who set up road signs, anti-parking devices and other installations without authorization face fines of 200 lei.
