The exhibitions center “Moldexpo” is hosting the second International Specialized Forum-Exhibition of Products and Services for Business B2B Expo from October 1 until October 3. The event involves companies from Moldova and aboard that provide business-to-business solutions and platforms. Among the main national representatives is the company Ritlabs, which produces the well-known email management program The Bat!, IPN reports.
Ritlabs marketing manager Leonid Agapiev said he was satisfied with the participation in B2B expo. “We prepared and expected such public. Different companies are present here and this is advantageous to us as many of them are potential clients. There are also clients that have used our products for many years. The impressions are positive. Everyone is welcoming and cheerful. I think we will find new contacts, but will also maintain the existing ones,” he stated.
Among the participants in the exhibition that use The Bat! is the company “Zorile” that presents a realty project intended for IT companies. “We use The Bat! because it has the same quality and possibilities as other more expensive products created not in our country. We are aware that this program was designed by a local company and this fact makes us appreciate it more. We use it daily in delivering email messages and are fully satisfied with it,” Andrei Chitanu, director of the realty projects division of “Zorile”, has told IPN.
“It was indeed very pleasant to meet here with some of the clients who approached us, put us questions and shared their experience in using the program with us. We also spoke to other participants in the exhibit and listened to their wishes. There are persons who need to send messages en masse and we can help them. Others said they have a lot of messages and cannot order them. We have a solution for them too. We have an answer to practically all the problems,” said Ritlabs PR specialist Victoria Calinina.
Denis Horohorin, IT project manager at the company, said the IT sector is developing vertiginously in Moldova and the young people can build a future in this area in the country, while Ritlabs is one of the companies that offer them both financial opportunities and professional development opportunities. “Ritlabs is probably the only authentic company on the IT market of Moldova because 99% of the IT companies in Moldova resort to outsourcing, which is work by order for someone else. Ritlabs develops its own product and this is definitely more interesting than creating products for someone else, to which you never return. Work at Ritlabs is interesting, but the demands are rather great. For the product to be competitive, each employee must be demanding towards oneself, while the administration towards everyone so that we work hard and achieve results and are thus remunerated appropriately,” he stated.
Since 1998, The Bat! has been used by millions of users all over the world, including in Russia, Germany, the United States and Poland. Ritlabs’ stand can be visited at “Moldexpo” on October 1-3.
