Public access will be temporarily be restricted in certain areas in Chisinau during August 26-28. The restrictions will be in place in connection with presidents Gitanas Nauseda of Lithuania, Alar Karis of Estonia, and Edgars Rinkevics of Latvia visiting during this period.

The Chisinau administration says that on these days, public access will be limited from 08:00 to 23:00 in the city center and on the roads that connect to the Chisinau Airport.

Also, along the routes of the official convoys, road repair, pipe replacement, tree trimming and other utility work will be suspended.

Exceptions to the restrictions are the social-cultural events that have been previously authorized during the relevant period.

Motorists are urged to comply with the requirements of traffic agents, and demonstrate patience and discipline in traffic.
