Rescuers will double the number of anti-heat tents pitched in Chisinau municipality. Four more rehabilitation points will appear on July 22 in the parks “Stefan cel Mare si Sfant”, “Valea Morilor” and “La Izvor” and near the market “Golden Autumn” in Botanica district, IPN reports.

The anti-heat tents will be open between 10am and 6pm during days with high temperatures. Passersby can go there to drink water and protect themselves from the sun and will also benefit from first aid if necessary.

According to the Civil Protection and Emergencies Service, the decision to put up more tents was taken after the State Hydrometeorological Service issued a yellow code advisory for heat for this weekend.
