LLC Repromed, one of the most important private medical institutions in the Republic of Moldova, is on the verge of bankruptcy due to illegalities and acts of corruption committed by the current administration, said Cristina Moșin, an associate of LLC Repromed. According to her, the intentional bankruptcy is committed through parasite companies that purportedly belong to the current administration, controlled by the “Hotineanu clan”.
“The current administration is controlled by the Hotineanu clan – Hotineanu Alina – co-founder and owner of a 50% holding, Hotineanu Adrian – her husband and medical director, Lysyi Lidia – Alina Hotineanu’s mother and administrator, and Lysyi Dorin, executive director,” Cristina Mosin stated in a news conference hosted by IPN.
She said that the intentional bankruptcy of Repromed began in the summer of 2021, when her father, Professor Vyacheslav Mosin, announced his withdrawal from the company due to health problems caused by the consequences of COVID-19 and later skin cancer.
Cristina Moșin noted that despite the made offers, the Hotineanu family refused to buy her 50% shareholding in Repromed and prevented its sale to third parties, threatening her father that they would dispossess him of his shareholding and remove him from the business. “Respectively, having serious health problems and because he could no longer cope with the pressure, he decided to donate his 50% shareholding to close persons. Since then, the attack on Professor Vyacheslav Mosin and on us, the new associates, has intensified through the fabrication of criminal cases that were ultimately dropped,” said the associate.
She also said that unfounded civil cases were initiated in order to create blockages at Repromed and to steal the company’s revenues through the parasite companies – LLC Aidmed, LLC Reconstruct Civil and LLC Z-Medizine. “The recent scheme to bankrupt LLC Repromed by the Hotineanu clan is simple – imitating the work of LLC Repromed by fraudulently obtaining permissive documents, with the same kind of activity by the same persons affiliated to LLC “Aidmed”. The same associate, Hotineanu Alina, the same administrator Lysyi Lidia, Alina Hotineanu’s mother, and the same accountant Pavlov Svetlana. It also goes to the illegal seizure by “Aimed” LLC of the premises of Repromed, which were leased out to LLC to Repromed clinic located at 29/1 Cuza Voda Boulevard and Repromed+ hospital situated at 19 Valea Crucii St, by leasing them out without the consent of the lessors,” stated Cristina Mosin said.
She noted that the brand “Repromed” was illegally transferred free to LLC Aidmed without the consent of the associates in order to mislead consumers about the fact that they provide the services and to justify the collection of revenues on this parasite company. The revenues resulting from the services provided by the employees of LLC Repromed are beings stolen, using the image, personnel, spaces, equipment and goods of the company at a time when Repromed covers the costs, while the revenues are transferred to Aidmed. Thus, Aidmed, the successful business of the Hotineanu clan, which no one has heard of, allowed Hotineanu Alina to appropriate a fabulous amount of almost 72 million lei as dividends in 2022.
