The works to fill potholes on the roadway with hot mix asphalt began. Last week, such works were performed on the main streets of the city, which are used by municipal public transport, IPN reports.

The Chisinau City Hall said that employees of the municipal road maintenance company “Exdrupo” performed works in all the districts of the city, namely on the streets Stefan cel Mare si Sfânt, Bănulescu-Bodoni, Pushkin, Mateevici, Alba Iulia, Liviu Deleanu, Grigore Vieru, Constantin Tanase, Meşterul Manole, Alecu Russo, Doina, Muncești, Dacia (Airport) and also on the Chisinau-Budesti route.

In total, more than 2,700 square meters of roadway were repaired by patching potholes and 2,500 square meters of roadway were prepared for asphalting this week.

“Over the next three weeks, maximum efforts will be made to intervene on all the streets that require patching of potholes with hot mix asphalt,” said the municipality.
