Regulations on issuing licenses for using limited resources updated
The nomenclature of types of public electronic communications networks and services subjected to general authorization, the conditions of this procedure and of the procedure for issuing licenses allowing using radio frequencies and channels and numbering resources were updated.
The updated chapters are contained in the renewed regulations concerning the general authorization regime and issuing of licenses for using limited resources for providing electronic communications networks and services, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting a communiqué from the National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI).
The updated regulations specify the types of electronic communications networks and services, the conditions for providing them, the general authorization and licensing procedure, notification, etc.
The general authorization regime has been used for six types of public networks and six types of public electronic communications services since September 15, 2008. In the period, the ANRCETI has authorized 376 companies to provide electronic communications networks and services.
