The draft Regulation on the auctioning of seized proceeds of crime has been made today available for public debates, with the document and its accompanying note published on the National Anticorruption Center’s website.
Developed by the NAC’s Agency for Recovering Proceeds of Crime together with the Ministry of Finance, the document aims to functionally consolidate the Agency’s authority in evaluating, administering and auctioning ill-gotten gains.

The Agency for Recovering Proceeds of Crime was created on 30 March 2017.
