More than 1,600 students from Chisinau presented their research projects at the 43th scientific-practical conference “Labour. Talent. Boldness”. It is an absolute record compared with the previous years, when there were by 1,200 participants on average, Info-Prim Neo reports. “The number of teachers involved in school research work has also increased as every student who participated in the conference was guided by a teacher,” said Tatiana Mistreanu, the head of the school inspection section of the Chisinau General Division of Education, Youth and Sport. The conference was held at the theoretical high school “Mihai Viteazu” on April 25. The research areas included history, foreign languages, the Romanian language, biology, chemistry, ecology, technological education, plastic arts and applicative arts. Usually, the students also conduct researches in extra-curricular fields such as psychology or pedagogy. The winners in every section and age group will be selected after every participant presents the work before the commissions of experts.
