Recent torrential rain caused no significant damage in Chisinau

The rain with hail that fell in the afternoon of June 12 in Chisinau didn’t cause important damage.

Contacted by IPN, the heads of the municipal services in charge of the green areas, housing stock and streets of Chisinau said the residents of the city filed no complaints.

The head of the Green Areas Managing Association Eliferii Haruta said the wind broke several branches on Albisoara St, but nothing is known about downed trees.
