Moldova’s Radu Albot has won the Istanbul Challenger Men 2022. In the final, the 32-year-old athlete beat Lukas Rosol of the Czech Republic 6-2, 6-0, IPN reports.

In the next rounds, Albot defeated Filip Jianu of Romania, Henri Aquire of Germany, Kazakhstan’s Beibit Zhukayev and France’s Geoffrey Blancaneaux. Owing to this victory, the Moldovan tennis player returned to the world’s 100 best players and ranks 92.

In his career, Radu Albot has won another eight Challenger tournaments and one ATP tour, Delray Beach Open 2019.
