Moldovan tennis player Radu Albot qualified for the second round of the doubles of the Grand Slam tournament US Open 2018, IPN reports.
In the first round, Albot, together with Malek Jaziri of Tunisia, beat British pair Ken and Neal Skupski 7:6, 7:6.
At this stage, the Moldovan-Tunisian pair will meet a team that consists of Jean-Julien Rojer of the Netherlands and Horia Tecau of Romania.
