Moldovan tennis player Radu Albot scored his second sensational victory at the Grand Slam competition Australian Open, IPN reports.
After he eliminated World No. 13 Roberto Bautista Agut of Spain, the 31-year-old player beat Australia’s O'Connell Christopher, No. 121 ATP, by 6-2, 7-5, 7-6. The match lasted for two hours and 22 minutes.
Radu Albot, who earned US$165,228 at the competition so far, in the third round meets the 22-year-old Norwegian player Ruud Casoer, who is World No. 28.
Currently World No. 85, Radu Albot will go up in the rankings following these two victories.
